Aria compost
The facility consists out of 11 Phase I bunkers and 14 Phase II tunnels. The capacity of each tunnel is 150 tons of Phase I input. The total production is about 1500 tons of Phase II compost per week. Arya Compost at the moment, is the biggest Phase II compost producer in the Middle East.
The Phase I bunkers are filled by means of an overhead filling system. The Tunnels are filled with a filling cassette and emptied via a tunnel winch. In the emptying hall is a central conveyer which bring the compost to 2 Blocking Machines
All the machineries, Air handling systems and controlling systems are designed and by Christiaens Group.
